Our meeting rooms:
Conference Room
This room is available in various layouts to suit every event. In theater style, it accommodates up to 200 people; classroom style is ideal for up to 48 participants. For more interactive sessions, a U-shaped layout holds 26 people, while the traditional boardroom setup suits up to 40 attendees.
The room comes equipped with all major conference facilities: air conditioning, microphones with sound system, flipchart, speaker’s platform, cloakroom, and luggage storage. Video projectors, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a comfortable refreshment area are also available to ensure comfort and efficiency throughout your event.
Meeting Room
The meeting room seats up to 18 people and features a boardroom table that allows all participants to work comfortably in a professional, private setting.
It includes all standard conference amenities: air conditioning, sound system with microphones, flipchart, speaker’s platform, telephone line, fax and email access, as well as a practical cloakroom and luggage storage. Additional features include video projectors, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a cozy refreshment area.
Seminar Room
This room can host up to 50 people and can be arranged in different configurations depending on the event’s needs. Theater style accommodates 50 attendees and is ideal for presentations. Classroom layout fits up to 24 people for training sessions, U-shape for up to 20, and boardroom setup for 24.
The room is fully equipped with air conditioning, sound system with microphones, flipchart, speaker’s platform, cloakroom, luggage storage, video projectors, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a comfortable refreshment area.
IT Classroom
With a capacity of up to 25 people, this room is arranged in classroom style—ideal for training courses and educational sessions.
It includes all essential technical equipment: air conditioning, microphones with amplification, flipchart, speaker’s platform, cloakroom and luggage storage, video projectors, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a comfortable refreshment area.
All our rooms include additional professional features, such as audio-video recording, video projector, simultaneous translation (on request), and custom signage and room setup.
